Abstract:
Based on the Landsat TM/OLI remotely sensed data and per unit area method, the ecosystem service values from 1986 to 2015 in Xuangang mining area were analyzed. Results show that the ecosystem service values in the mining area decreased from 2.218 billion yuan in 2000 to 1.668 billion yuan in 2015. The ecosystem service values sharply decreased after 2006, and the slopes of ecosystem service values in the mining area were -0.02 and -0.52, before and after 2006, respectively. The disturbance of coal mining to land use was the main reason for the change of ecological service values. During the study period, the land use of industrial and mining land, urban and rural settlements increased continuously, and cultivated land and grassland decreased significantly. The CS (coefficient sensitivity) of ecosystem service values in Xuangang mining area is less than 1, and the maximum is 0.55.The negative influence of coal mining on ecological service values in ecological sensitive district is getting worse. The local government should take effective measures to curb the loss of ecological service value in the mining areas.
