基于超声椭圆振动辅助车削的铝合金表面微织构仿真

摘要:
针对需要切削成形的零件,提出了在完成零件车削的同时获取微织构表面的加工方法,即超声椭圆振动辅助车削表面微织构方法。对铝合金材料构建了反映微织构表面的理论模型,以此为依据对表面微织构进行了仿真,将仿真获得的微织构单元尺寸与实验获得的微织构单元尺寸进行比较,验证了仿真模型的正确性。分析了加工参数对微织构几何尺寸的影响,给出了微织构单元几何尺寸的具体算法以及微织构单元在工件表面的排列算法,为表面微织构几何参数的优化提供了依据。

Abstract:
For cutting forming parts, an efficient method of ultrasonic vibration assisted face-turning(UVAT) is proposed,which serves to obtain the surface micro texture as soon as the workpiece is completed. Based on the aluminum alloy material, the theoretical model representing the surface morphology of micro texture is outlined, and the simulation of surface micro texture morphology is achieved.The simulation results of micro texture element size and the experiment outcomes are compared, verify the correctness of the simulation model. The influences of processing parameters on the geometric morphology of micro texture are analyzed, and the specific algorithm for the size of the micro texture unit and the algorithm of arranging the micro texture unit on the workpiece surface are given, which provide the basis for the optimization of the geometric parameters of the surface micro texture.
