Abstract:
Based on the GIS spatial analysis method and the panel data model, the spatial distribution and their main factors of logistics enterprises in Beijing throughout 1996 to 2016 were analyzed. The results show the logistics enterprises in Beijing are always clustering and the degree of agglomeration increases first and then decreases. Meanwhile, the logistics enterprises are gradually moving away from the six districts of the city and spreading to suburbs. Agglomeration situation develops from “single core” to “dual core”, and then to “three core”. Moreover, when the hot spots gradually increased and spread out, the concentration of each region is declined, which indicates that logistics enterprises are evenly distributed in the city. In addition, economic development level, openness degree, government expenditure, industrial development level, residents demand and income level promote spatial distribution of logistics enterprises in Beijing, and the influence of the wage level is negative. At the same time, classify the logistics enterprises in Beijing to analyze the factors of various logistics enterprises.
