Abstract:
Extracting data from relevant historical documents and using kernel density estimation, nearest neighbor indicator and center gravity of migration, the temporal and spatial distribution and diffusion process of mosque in Ningxia during Qing Dynasty(1636-1911) were analyzed. Results show that in terms of time distribution, the development of the mosque in the Qing Dynasty of Ningxia can be divided into three stages according to the change of mosque growth rate, that is, the original exploratory in the period of 1636-1784, the stable development period in 1785-1845 and the high speed development period in 1846-1911.
