Abstract:
The different ultrasonic radiation frequencies have different effects on seed growth in ultrasonic breeding. In order to find the best radiation frequency, the transmission coefficient is adopted to analyze seed model. According to the structural characteristics of globular plant seeds, the double model of globular plant seeds is put forward. Then based on the theory of layered medium, sound transmission coefficient expression of layered medium structure model in the ultrasonic breeding system is derived. The best radiation frequency is obtained by sound transmission coefficiend,it equals with resonant frequency of gloular plant seeds. The best radiation frequency is 240 kHz for vigna radiata and 100 kHz for arachis hypogaea.
