功能化中空SiO2的制备及其生物相容性

摘要:
通过后修饰法制备出功能化的球状介孔中空二氧化硅材料 (SMHSi-FITC),并研究了 SMHSi-FITC 对 A549细胞的生物相容性。采用X-射线粉末衍射、透射扫描电镜、荧光光谱对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:样品 SMHSi-FITC 具有高度有序的介观结构,单分散性较好,粒径约为140 nm,有100 nm 左右的中空结构。SMHSi-FITC 对 A549细胞的生物活性较好,在SMHSi-FITC/细胞培养液浓度为60 μg/mL时,A549 细胞存活率达到100%,吸收SMHSi-FITC的 A549 细胞占细胞总数的93.6%,具有较高的细胞内吞能力,在医学诊疗方面具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract:
Functional spherical mesoporous hollow silica nanomaterials (SMHSi-FITC) were synthesized by post-modification, and the biocompatibility of SMHSi-FITC on A549 cells was tested. XRD, TEM and PL spectra were employed to characterize the as-prepared materials. The results indicated that the SMHSi-FITC particles with good monodispersion possess the ordered mesostructure outer shell with 140 nm thickness and the hollow with 100 nm. The SMHSi-FITC particles show good bioactivity for A549 cell and 100% viability of A549 cells in the concentration of 60 μg/mL SMHSi-FITC/cell culture fluid.The phagocytosis of SMHSi-FITC cells accounted for 93.6% of the total number of A549 cells, indicating that the prepared particles have potential application in drug loading and delivery.
