宁夏回族和汉族人群15个STR基因座的遗传多态性

摘要:
对宁夏回族和汉族人群15个STR基因座的遗传多态性进行调查,应用Identifiler Plus试剂盒检测598 名宁夏回族、598名宁夏汉族无关个体15个STR 基因座的 DNA 分型,使用Modified-Powerstates统计软件计算等位基因分布频率等法医遗传学数据。实验发现:宁夏回族和汉族人群的15个STR 基因座基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg 平衡定律(P>0.05),宁夏回族群体15个基因座的杂合度(H)在0.659~0.858之间,匹配概率(Pm)在0.037~0.147之间,个体识别概率(DP)在0.798~0.963之间,多态信息含量(PIC)在0.570~0.850之间,非父排除概率(PE)值在0.368~0.710之间;宁夏汉族群体15个基因座的杂合度(H)在0.587~0.878之间,匹配概率(Pm)在0.035~0.211之间,个体识别概率(DP)在0.789~0.965之间,多态信息含量(PIC)在0.550~0.850之间,非父排除概率(PE)值在0.342~0.751之间。结果表明,宁夏回族人群和汉族人群15个STR 基因座具有较高的遗传多态性分布特征,可为宁夏人口亲权鉴定、个体识别及群体遗传学研究提供基础。

Abstract:
To investigate the polymorphism of 15 STR loci in Hui and Han nationality from Ningxia district. Identifiler Plus kit was used to detect the allelic frequencies of 15 STR loci in 598 unrelated Hui individuals and Han individuals, and the population genetics parameters were calculated by using statistic software. The results demonstrated that all loci were found to be no deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P>0.05),Hui individuals Heterozygosity (H) ranged from 0.659 to 0.858,matching probability (Pm) ranged from 0.037 to 0.147,power of discrimination (DP) ranged from 0.798 to 0.963,polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.570 to 0.850,power of exclusion (PE) ranged from 0.368 to 0.710. Han individuals Heterozygosity (H) ranged from 0.587 to 0.878,matching probability (Pm) ranged from 0.035 to 0.211,power of discrimination (DP) ranged from 0.789 to 0.965,polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 0.550 to 0.850,power of exclusion (PE) ranged from 0.342 to 0.751. The 15 STR loci are relatively abundant in polymorphic information and suitable for paternity testing and personal identification.
