乙酸环境对档案纸张及字迹耐久性的影响

摘要:
采用环境模拟实验舱法探究了在微环境中乙酸气体对生宣、熟宣、信纸和A4纸耐久性及档案字迹的影响。结果表明,乙酸气体对纸张的物理强度、酸度、白度和字迹均有一定程度的负面影响。通过使用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线荧光光谱(XRF)进一步分析探讨了乙酸气体对纸张作用的机理,研究发现乙酸气体会使纸张中的填料发生团聚,降低纸张的聚合度和结晶度。

Abstract:
The environmental simulation laboratory method was applied to explore the effect of the gaseous acetic acid on the durability of paper archives and handwriting in a simulated micro environment. The results show that the mechanical strength, acidity, whiteness,and writing of paper have been negatively affected by acetic acid gas. The SEM and XRF were employed to further investigate the detailed mechanism of the acetic acid gas reaction with paper.Results in agglomeration of filler in paper and reduction of paper polymerization and crystallinity.
