Abstract:
The alkyd resin doped composites of Gd0.5Sm0.5(BA)3Phen·H2O were prepared. The compositions and structures of the complexes were determined by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, UV spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The experimental results show that the composites excited at 365 nm have stable orange red luminescence when amount of the doped rare earth complex in alkyd resin is 0.6%.The optimal conditions for preparation of the composite are as follows, stirring rate 600 r/min, temperature 55 ℃, reaction time 5 h.
