关于L-函数与k次高斯和的加权均值

利用解析方法，特征的正交性以及经典高斯和的性质研究Dirichlet L-函数与k次高斯和的加权均值问题，并给出一个较强的渐近公式。

Abstract:
Using the analytic methods, the orthogonality of characters and the properties of the classical Gauss sums, the asymptotic problems of the 2m-th power mean of Dirichlet L-functions weighted by the generalized k-th Gauss sums are studied.A sharp asymptotic formula for it is given.
