利用解析方法、经典高斯和以及模p原根的性质研究Dedekind和与一类Kloosterman和的混合均值问题，给出一个较强的渐近公式。

Abstract:

Using the analytic method, the properties of Gauss sums and primitive roots p,an hybrid mean value problem involving Dedekind sums and a new sum analogous to Kloosterman sums are studied. A sharp asymptotic formula for the hybrid mean value is given.
