Study on the spatial variation law of community residents′ participation in tourism in the Grape Valley

Abstract:
Based on the field investigation and the questionnaire data from 2014 to 2016 obtained in Xinjiang Turpan Grape Valley, the correlation of four community residents′ participation of Grape Valley in tourism and the influence factors were analyzed, and the GWR model was introduced to analyze the spatial differentiation rule. The results show that the Grape Valley community residents′ participation enthusiasm in tourism has a great correlation with the household annual income and the householder age. The distribution of tourism participation enthusiasm shows the characteristics of spatial aggregation, and it has obvious local spatial correlation.The tourism participation enthusiasm of four community are not the same, and show the spatial distribution rules.
