Abstract:
In order to study the position of bulblets growth and the relationship between bulblets and scales of mother bulb, the experiments of anatomy bulb were carried out in the Hippeastrum vittatum in the mother bulb. The result showed that the production rate of bulblets is 95.1% in the location where buds and flower bud in the same direction. In mother bulb located in 45° and 90° deviating from this direction, the production rate of bulblets are 2.94% and 1.96%,respectively.This indicates that bulblets are easier to produce in this position of mother bulb. The production rate of bulblets is 6.81% in the 0 layer of scale, 40.90% in minus 1 later, 6.81% in minus 2—5 layer. Obviously, the production rate of bulblets is the highest in minus 1 layer. The percentage is 6.81% in minus 2—5 layer, the production rate of bulblets is the highest. The bulb data were carried out regression analysis. There is significant positive correlation between diameter of bulblets(y)and layers of scales(x). The gression relation is expressed as following y=0.244x+1.521(R2=0.512).
