激光染料掺杂介孔SiO2微球的光学特性研究

摘要:
利用自组装法将激光染料分子 (4-dicyanomethylene-2-methyl-6-p-dimethyl -aminostyryl-4H-pyran,DCM) 组装到介孔二氧化硅微球 (mesoporous silica spheres,MSS) 孔道中,制备出光学活性较好的复合材料 DCM-MSS。样品 DCM-MSS 通过光学显微镜、XRD、FTIR、N2吸附/脱附、紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱进行表征。结果表明:DCM-MSS具有相对透明、均一的球状形貌,粒径约为 800 μm;复合材料 DCM-MSS 与固体激光染料分子 DCM相比,最大吸收峰发生了123 nm的蓝移,说明染料分子在复合材料 DCM-MSS中呈单分散状态;复合材料 DCM-MSS 的发射峰位相对于染料分子 DCM 发生了100 nm的红移,说明复合材料 DCM-MSS 具有很好的光致发光性质。

Abstract:
The composite material of DCM-MSS with optical property has been successfully prepared by doping mesoporous silica spheres (MSS) with laser dye 4-dicyanomethylene-2-methyl-6-p-dimethyl-aminostyryl-4H-pyran (DCM) a self-assembly method. The investigations of optical microscope, XRD, FTIR, N2 adsorption-desorption, UV-Vis and PL characterization confirm that the dye molecules are mono-disperse in the channels of MSS in terms of a blue-shift of UV-Vis absorption peak. Red-shift of 100 nm in the PL emission peak was observed for the composite material compared with the dyes in solid. In addition, the transparent DCM-MSS with an average diameter of 800 nm showed the strong photoluminescence properties.
