牛奶乳清液对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响

摘要:
以昆明小鼠为研究对象,应用小鼠Y型迷宫实验的方法,以环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)为阳性对照,以达标所需训练次数/天数(TN/TD)、正确反应率(CRR)、全天总反应时间(TRT)、主动回避率(AAR)为评价指标,开展不同浓度牛奶乳清液对小鼠学习记忆能力影响的研究。结果表明:阳性对照较空白对照组可显著降低小鼠TN(P<0.05),灌胃半个月后可显著降低小鼠TRT并显著提高AAR(P<0.05),并且灌胃一个月以后对小鼠CRR有明显升高作用(P<0.05);牛奶乳清液较空白对照组可显著降低小鼠TN/TD(P<0.05),灌胃半个多月后可显著升高小鼠的CRR和AAR,显著降低小鼠TRT(P<0.05);与阳性对照组相比较,牛奶乳清液对小鼠CRR影响不显著(P>0.05),但可显著降低小鼠TN/TD,显著升高AAR(P<0.05),对于灌胃2个月小鼠的TRT降低效果更好,而且均以3/4倍稀释的牛奶乳清液效果最佳。因此,牛奶乳清液具有一定促进小鼠学习记忆能力的作用。

Effect of whey liquid from milk on learning and memory ability of mice

Abstract:
Kunming mice was used as the object to carry out the mice Y-maze experiments. The cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) was regarded as positive control, the training numbers/days (TN/TD), correct response rate (CRR), total reaction time(TRT) and active avoidance rate (AAR) was studied to evaluate the influence of different concentrations of whey liquid on learning and memory ability of mice. Compared the positive control with the blank one, the TN was significantly reduced (P<0 .05) by the positive treatment. besides, the mice were feed with camp after a half month (p<0.05), the trt was notably dropped while the aar was significantly improved; the ccr was markedly elevated(p<0.05)after a month treated. furthermore, compared whey liquid treatment group with the blank control, tn/td was significantly decreased in mice treated by whey liquid of milk , a observably improvement was found in ccr and aar but the trt was obviously decreased by the liquid after a half month(p<0.05). whey liquid of milk have no effect on ccr(p>0.05)but have a significantly influence on the TN/TD reduction and AAR improvement(P
