掺杂 Eu3+球状介孔生物玻璃的药物缓释研究

摘要:
在硝酸催化作用下,通过水热法制得了稀土Eu3+掺杂的球状介孔生物玻璃 (Eu3+-SMBGs),并研究了Eu3+-SMBGs对布洛芬(IBU)模型药物分子的装载和释放能力。样品通过X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、N2吸附/脱附和荧光光谱进行了表征。结果表明:Eu3+-SMBGs具有球状形貌和多孔结构,粒径约为 80 μm,在紫外灯照射下呈现强的红光;同时,球状样品Eu3+-SMBGs具有可观的载药量和良好的药物缓释性能。载药后的样品IBU-Eu3+-SMBGs 在紫外灯照射下发红光,随着IBU释放量的增加,IBU-Eu3+-SMBGs对Eu3+的荧光淬灭效应逐步降低,而体系的发光强度随之逐步恢复,并逐渐增强。

Preparation and drug delivery of spherical mesoporous bioactive glass doped with Europium

Abstract:
The rare earth Europium-doped spherical mesoporous bioactive glass(Eu3+-SMBGs) was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method under the catalysis of nitric acid, and the loading and release ability of the drug molecules Ibuprofen(IBU) of Eu3+-SMBGs was studied. XRD, FTIR, SEM, N2 adsorption/desorption, and PL spectra were employed to characterize the as-prepared materials. The results reveal that the spherical products have porous structure with an average diameter of 80 μm and possess strong red luminescence of Eu3+ under UV irradiation. Drug release test reveals that the spherical bioactive glass system has favorable drug loading and sustained release properties with Ibuprofen as the model drug. In addition, IBU-loaded samples show red luminescence under UV irradiation, and the photoluminescence intensities vary with the released amount of IBU.
