基于甲状腺激素受体的环境内分泌干扰物研究进展

摘要:
甲状腺激素(thyroid hormone, TH)通过甲状腺激素受体(thyroid hormone receptor, TR)介导发挥调节功能,TR为激素依赖性转录因子,作为TH应答元件调节靶基因的转录。在对TR结构与功能阐述的基础上,通过分析多种类型的EDCs干扰哺乳类、两栖类和鱼类等动物TR的研究结果,支持将TR作为检测EDCs效应的生物指标;同时介绍和分析了目前采用的TR蛋白和mRNA检测技术。未来研究可在EDCs干扰甲状腺系统功能的分子机制方面做深入探讨。

Abstract:
Thyroid hormone (TH) plays a regulatory function mediated by thyroid hormone receptor (TR), a hormone dependent transcription factors, regulating the transcription of target genes with thyroid hormone response elements,and function of TR, and the results of analyzing TR mammals, amphibians and fish interfered by different EDCs, it is conformed that TR can be used as a biological indicators in environmental endocrine effects of pollutants. TR detection technology at present,including protein and mRNA level, were also introduced and analyzed.In future, the molecular mechanisms of interfere of EDCs on the thyroid system should be deeply explored.
