聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)的制备及性能

摘要:
以十二烷基硫酸钠作为表面活性剂,三氯化铁为氧化剂,水相中氧化聚合3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩(EDOT),并对产物进行了表征。研究了反应温度、氧化剂加入方式及表面活性剂的用量对聚(3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩)(PEDOT)产率和导电性能的影响。结果表明,在50 ℃下,十二烷基硫酸钠和3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩物质的量比为0.25,氧化剂在2 h内逐滴滴入反应液,反应24 h下制备出的PEDOT电导率高达100.2 S/cm,产率为72.14%。

Abstract:
Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) was synthesized via the chemical oxidizing process by using sodium dodecyl sulfate as the surfactant and iron trichloride at the oxidant. The product was analyzed by a series of methods. The effects of reaction temperature, oxidant adding way, and the amount of surfactant on the yield and conductivity of PEDOT were studied.The conductivity and yield of the PEDOT in 24 h were as high as 100.2 S/cm and 72.14%, respectivey, when the mole ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate to 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene was 0.25, the oxidant was dropped to the reaction system in 2 h under 50 ℃.
