Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming on kidney morphology and expression of HSP70 of rats with aggressive behavior.42 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into following 5 groups after training, which are:quiet control group (group A, n=8), communal swimming group (group B,n=8),aggressive behavior control group (group C, n=8), aggressive behavior and swimming group(group D,n=8) and invasion group (group E,n=10).The attack model is established by the ways of feeding the rats separately and let rats attack. Then the rats in the group B and group D were required to have swimming training with 8 weeks. Moreover, made slices of rats′ kidneies and HE stain were made after drawing materials. The rats′ kidneys morphology and expression of HSP70 were measured by Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining. The rats′ kidneys in group C and group D had many morphological changes, especially in group C.The protein of HSP70 of rats′ kidneys in group B is much less than in group A(P
