Abstract:
Pb0.925Ba0.075Nb2O6-0.5wt.%TiO2-xwt.%B2O3(PBNT-xB)(x=0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08) piezoelectric ceramics with high Curie temperature were fabricated via the conventional solid state reaction method. The influence of the B3+ doped ions on crystallite structure, microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were studied. The results show that the doping of B3+ ions facilitates can improve densification of the ceramics. The connection between grain size, lattice parameters of the ceramics and the B3+ contents are confirmed. The ceramic with x=0.04 sintered at 1 260 ℃ gains excellent dielectric and piezoelectric properties.
