Abstract:
In order to prove the positive ethological effects of aerobic exercise on anxious model rats, the anxious model rats were adopted in the experiment and the rats were separated into two groups (recovering model group with aerobic exercise, and recovering model group). After four-week respective recover with aerobic exercise and non-aerobic exercise, the ethological indicator were tested. The results show that the ethological indicator of the recovering model group with aerobic exercise returned to normal level after four weeks, and had no significant difference comparing with calm model rats (P>0.01).While the ethological indicator of the recovering model group had improved but still had significant difference comparing with calm model rats (P
