Abstract:
The performance difference of land consolidation projects was compared among different provinces by analytic hierarchy process and causes of performance difference were also studied. The results indicated that the performance of major grain producing provinces is better than that of ordinary provinces. The causes of performance difference were related to natural resources, national macro-control, local development intention, grain production, and fund input.
