miR-424与肿瘤的发生发展及其机制研究进展

摘要:
对miR-424在部分肿瘤发生发展中的作用及其机制的研究现状进行了综合评述。miR-424是近年来发现的一类长度为19~25 nt内源性的非编码小分子单链RNA,其在多种肿瘤中通过作用于靶基因,参与靶基因调控的信号通路,影响肿瘤细胞生物学效应,最终影响肿瘤的发生发展,发挥类似于癌基因、抑癌基因的作用,或促进、抑制肿瘤的侵袭转移。未来可进一步在肿瘤发生发展的作用机制、临床早期诊断、愈后判断和药物筛选等方面进行研究。

Abstract:
The role and mechanism of miR-424 in the tumor development and progression were comprehensivy reviewed.The miR-424 is a specie of small noncoding single-stranded RNAs with approximate 19-25 nucleotides.In Various tumors,miR-424 participates the regulation of signal path ways of target genes,influence of biological effect of tumor cells,and finally affecting development of tumors,through acting on target gene.The effect is similar to oncogenes to promote or repress tumor invasion and metastasis.It is neccessary in the future to investigate the mechanism of miR-424 in tumor development,early diagnosis of tumor and drug screening.
