陕西省自然资本核算的三维生态足迹模型应用研究

摘要:
运用新型三维生态足迹模型,从足迹深度和足迹广度入手,引入资本流量占用率和存量流量利用比两个新指标对陕西省1978—2011年的生态足迹进行自然资本利用状况分析.研究表明:陕西省在1993年开始进入生态赤字状态,足迹深度从1978年的0.578增长到2011年的3.328.人均足迹广度维持在0.551~ 0.880 hm2之间,足迹深度与人均足迹广度的变化率并不一致,消费需求已经远远超过自然资本流量,自然资本存量成为增加社会财富的主要来源.在2011年,陕西省需要3.5倍的国土面积才能维持其资源消费量,各市自然资本的利用程度受地理因素、历史原因、资源存量、经济水平等多种因素的影响.

Abstract:
The natural capital accounting of Shaanxi province from 1978 to 2011 is analyzed by using the 3D ecological footprint model which including footprint depth and footprint size and introducing two new indexes,that is,occupancy rate of capital flows and utilization ratio of stocks to flows. The research demonstrates that it became ecological deficit era in 1993 for Shaanxi province,and footprint depth grew from 0.578 in 1978 to 3.328 in 2011. The footprint size per capita maintained 0.551~0.880 hm2, the change rate of footprint depth was not consistent with the footprint size per capita. The consumer demand had been far exceeded the capital flows, natural capital stocks became the main source of increasing social wealth in Shaanxi province. In 2011, in order to maintain the resource consumption of Shaanxi province,it needed 3.5 times of land area. Natural capital utility of each city in Shaanxi province is affected by the geographical factors, historical reasons, the stock of resources and economic level.
