激振面积对弯振矩形板振动特性的影响

摘要:
利用有限元法,研究了激振源(换能器)面积的变化对矩形板条纹振动模态振动节线形状和节线分布的影响, 计算了矩形板在频率约为15 kHz、20 kHz的条纹振动模态.结果表明:当激振源面积较小时,换能器的振动几乎不影响矩形板条纹振动模式的振动特性;当激振源频率与矩形板本征频率相同且激振源半径增加到8.0 mm时,条纹振动模式节线开始由直变曲,节线分布变的不规则.应用扫描式激光测振仪进行了测试,实验结果与有限元计算的结果一致.

The effect of the excitation area on the vibration characteristics of flexure vibrating rectangular plate

Abstract:
The stripe vibration mode at 15 kHz and 20 kHz of rectangular plate are obtained by using of finite elements method, then the effect of excitation area (transducer) on the nodal line of the stripe vibration mode of rectangular plate is investigated. It shows that the vibration characteristics of the stripe vibration mode of rectangular plate were hardly affected by the vibration of the transducer with samll excitation area,the nodal line of stripe vibration mode obviously deformed irregularly with increase of the excitation radius to 8.0 mm, The experiment results by the aid of scanning laser vibrometer agree well with those of theoretical calculations.
