传统固相法制备CdWO4微波介质陶瓷及其表征

摘要:
采用传统固相法在低温下合成CdWO4单相,研究了CdWO4陶瓷的微波介电性能.实验结果表明:普通球磨CdO和WO3混合物10 h,在200 ℃下预烧2 h后获得CdWO4纯相粉体;用此粉体制成的素坯在1075~1 200 ℃烧结,均能得到相对密度比较高的单斜结构CdWO4陶瓷;在1 150 ℃烧结的CdWO4陶瓷表现出优良的微波介电性能,其中Q×f=41 000 GHz, εr=12.8, τf=-14×10-6 ℃-1.

Preparation and characterization of CdWO4 microwave dielectric ceramics by using traditional solid state method

Abstract:
CdWO4 with pure phase was synthesized by traditional solid state method at low temperature, and its microwave dielectric properties has been investigated. The results show that the pure CdWO4 powders can be obtained by ball milling CdO&WO3 mixtures 10 h, dried at 200 ℃ for 2 h. The CdWO4 ceramics sintered at 1 075~1 200 ℃ gained high relative density with monoclinic structure. The cadmium tungstate ceramics sintered at 1 150 ℃ exhibited better microwave dielectric properties of Q×f=41 000 GHz, εr=12.8 and τf=-14×10-6 ℃-1.
