壳聚糖/PEI凝胶模板法制备Au/SiO2复合纳米粒子

摘要:
采用反相微乳液法,以壳聚糖/PEI复合水凝胶作为模板成功制备了核壳型Au/SiO2复合纳米粒子.利用透射电镜、紫外可见吸收光谱以及原子吸收光谱对该复合纳米粒子进行了表征和研究.结果表明:该复合纳米粒子呈现球状并为核壳结构,粒径约为70 nm,核和壳的厚度分别约为25 nm和45 nm,金纳米粒子在该复合纳米粒子的核部分呈现不连续状态,这种状态能够提供较大的比表面积.同时研究了该复合纳米粒子的催化活性,并发现其具有较好的催化活性.

Abstract:
The nano-structral particles with gold core and silica shell were firstly synthesized by using the chitosan/PEI based nano-hydrogel as the template. The as-prepared Au/SiO2 nanocomposites were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-Visible absorption spectroscopy and atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS).The results show that the as-prepared core-shell nanocomposites are spherical with the size about 70 nm, and the size of core and the shell is about 25 and 45 nm, respectively. More importantly,the gold nanoparticler in the core-shell nanocomposites is discrete,which is favorable to provide effectively a larger specific surface area.The results in the catalytic activity indicated that the prepared nanocomposites possess better performence.
