Abstract:
The wear-resistant ceramic coatings with anti-oxidation in high temperature were fabricated using aluminium dihydrogen phosphate and ceramic aggregates alumina (Al2O3), zirconium silicate(ZrSiO4), zirconium oxide(ZrO2). The optimized process is as follows: The ratio of zirconium silicate and aggregates in the total weight of coatings are 21% and 35%, respectively. The value of Al/P ranges from 1.3∶3 to 1.4∶3, and the ratio of the coarse particles in the ceramic aggregates is about 40%.Under this process, the coating has the best wear- resistance. The results from anti-oxidation in high temperature indicated that the increased mass for the coating sample is 74% lower than that for the control, indicating that the ceramic coating has strong performance in anti-oxidation.
