Abstract:
La2Si2O7 ceramics prepared by reactive sintering process(RS) and conventional solid state reaction(SS) were investigated in the study. The influences of different processes on phase structures, surface morphologies, relative density and microwave dielectric properties were compared. The microwave dielectric properties of G-La2Si2O7 ceramics(SS) are better than G-La2Si2O7 ceramics(RS). The best sintered temperature, relative density and microwave dielectric properties of RS group G-La2Si2O7 ceramics are 1 430 ℃, 90%, εr = 12.50, Q×f=26 594 GHz and (τf = -23.99×10-6/℃, respectively. The best sintered temperature, relative density and microwave dielectric properties of SS group G-La2Si2O7 ceramics are 1 415 ℃, 96.52%,εr = 13.327,Q×f =33 900 GHz and τf =-34.9×10-6/℃, respectively.
