基于声弛豫吸收谱分解特征的气体传感理论

摘要:
为实现复杂混合气体的超声检测,提出一种基于声弛豫吸收谱分解特征的气体传感理论。该理论将混合气体声弛豫吸收谱分解为气体成分贡献的单独声谱,获得其分解声谱的峰值幅度与气体成分的依赖关系,并利用分解声谱峰值幅度随外界温度变化值作为识别参数。结果表明:利用分解声谱峰值幅度可实现多元混合气体的成分识别;引入温度参数后,可实现每种气体成分的浓度检测。

Abstract:
In order to detect the complex gas mixtures, the gas sensing method based on the decomposition features of acoustic relaxation absorption spectra is proposed.By decomposing the mixtures acoustic spectra into the individual spectra contributed by the corresponding gas compositions, the dependence of the decomposition spectral peak amplitudes on the gas compositions can be extracted, and the relative change ratio as temperature changes of the peak amplitudes is introduced as identification parameter for qualitative and quantitative gas detections.The method employs the decomposition spectral peak amplitudes as the relaxation features and achieves feature identification of multiple component gas mixtures, providing a new route for the simple, robust, effective and real-time acoustic gas sensing method.
