秦巴山区典型生态系统固碳服务域外效应及其生态补偿研究

摘要:
引入生态辐射力概念模拟区域固碳服务的域外效应,从受偿方和补偿方两个视角解析秦巴山区的横向生态补偿价值,促进秦巴山区社会-生态和谐发展。结果表明:秦巴山区固碳服务总供给量大于总需求量,供需量分别为20.42×107t和68.77×106t,在区域内的空间分布存在显著差异性;固碳服务处于盈余状态,盈余量大约为82.34×108t,可为域外效应提供良好支撑;区域横向生态补偿支付总额为1.25×108元,补偿方资金分配密度为285.75 元/km2,受偿方资金分配密度为585.22 元/km2,并在市县域之间存在显著差异性。该研究是将生态辐射运用到生态补偿方面的一种尝试,可以使自然资源丰富地区的生态系统服务价值得以实现,为供给区的生态补偿提供相关的科学参考。

Research on the extraterritorial effects of carbon sequestration services and ecological compensation of typical ecosystems in Qinling-Daba Mountainous area

Abstract:
The concept of ecological radiation power was introduced to simulate the extraterritorial effects of carbon sequestration services in Qinling-Daba Moutainous area, the horizontal ecological compensation value was analyzed from the perspectives of both the compensating and compensated parties to promote the harmonious development of society and ecology in Qinling-Daba mountainous area.The results show that the total supply of carbon sequestration services in the Qinling-Daba Mountains is greater than the total demand, with the supply and demand of 20.42×107 tons and 68.77×106 tons respectively, and there exist significant differences in the spatial distribution within the region. The carbon sequestration services of Qinling-Daba Mountains are in surplus about 82.34×108t, demonstrating a significant extraterritorial effect of regional carbon sequestration services. The total horizontal ecological compensation payment is 1.25×108 yuan, and the fund distribution density from the compensation party is 285.75 yuan/km2 which is significantly different among cities and counties, and the average fund density is 585.22 yuan/km2. The study is an attempt to apply ecological radiation to ecological compensation, which enable the realization of the value of ecosystem services in areas where natural resources are plentiful and provide relevant scientific references for ecological compensation in supply areas.
