Research on the Training Mode of Innovative Talents Based on Discipline Competition

Abstract:
Starting from the connotation and importance of “discipline competition”,this paper puts forward various problems faced by the current training mode of discipline competition.Taking students as the center,this paper studies the inheritance of key technologies and team building and explores a set of scientific and effective innovative talents training mode based on discipline competition.Reconstructing and practicing the studentcentered discipline competition training mode,in which teachers and students participate together,has stimulated students enthusiasm for active learning and independent innovation,realized the comprehensive cultivation and comprehensive promotion of students theoretical knowledge application and innovative practice ability and achieved good teaching reform and practical results.
