煤矿机械虚拟仿真实验教学项目设计与开发

摘要:
虚拟仿真实验具有利用率高、易维护和成本低等优势,近年来成为高校实验室建设的重要途径。为了解决矿井环境恶劣危险,难以开展煤矿机械现场实验的问题,提出采用虚拟仿真技术开发煤矿机械虚拟仿真实验项目。以煤矿现代综合机械化开采装备的结构、采煤工艺和设备故障处理为核心内容,通过虚拟仿真技术模拟真实矿井环境下煤矿机械结构、开采场景和采煤工艺,使学生通过虚拟操作掌握煤矿机械结构和开采原理,学会处置设备故障问题。实验项目具有原创性、综合性和复杂性特点,解决了煤矿机械无法开展现场实验的难题,为其他大型复杂机械虚拟仿真实验提供了参考。

Abstract:
Virtual simulation experiment has the advantages of high utilization rate, easy maintenance and low cost.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to carry out the field experiment of coal mine machine in a dangerous environment, a virtual simulation experiment project of mine machine was developed by using the virtual simulation technology.Taking the structure, the mining technology and equipment fault treatment of modern fully mechanized mining equipment as the core content, through the virtual simulation technology, the structure, the mining scene and technology under the real mine environment were simulated to enable the student to grasp the idea of a real situation and deal with the equipment fault problems.The experimental project has the characteristics of the originality, comprehensiveness and complexity, which solves the problem that a mine machine cannot carry out in the field experiment, and provides a reference for the virtual simulation experiment for the other large and complex machines.
