Abstract:
Since the late 20th century, as Marxismoriented psychological research has risen silently in western countries, there have appeared many new schools of Marxist psychology. In fact, Marxism and psychology share the object of research, that is, men and their psychology. However, for a long period, many scholars at home have taken a skeptical attitude to the result to apply Marxism in psychological research, and some of them have even gone so far as to deny Marxist contributions to psychology. With the rapid surge of the worldwide movement of Marxist research, it has become a significant theoretical and realistic problem to the domestic psychological circle to further explore to reconsider and recognize the active Marxist resources in terms of theoretical psychology. Theoretical psychology needs Marxism to construct the cornerstone of its metatheory, for the scientific view of Marxism helps integrate the macroconstruction of top theoretical design with the micromatter theory and answer great theoretical and practical questions concerning modernity. Meanwhile, Marxism will play an active and constructive role in leading men in direction of development.
