Abstract:
Farmer households are the primary productive units in povertystricken mountain areas, especially when collective economy exists only in name. Under such circumstance, farmer household economy has actually become the main force to promote economic development in povertystricken mountain areas in the new era. In recent days, farmer households are faced with many binding elements in developing economy, such as finance, technology, information, human resources and environmental protection. In order to speed up development of farmer household economy in these areas, a favorable environment with efficient system and beneficial policy is to be constructed. Under the premise of environment protection, broad farmer households are to be required to develop business models of ecological economy by utilizing the rich ecological resources in the area so as to realize the winwin of developing farmer household economy and protecting the environment of regional resources.
