Abstract:
The 3rd Industrial Revolution based on informatization is exercising enormous influence on human society. With the acceleration of global digitalization revolution, a mode of cloud logistic administration of higher learning institutions is rising with the support of informative technology, by means of PC and intelligent mobiles phones and in form of mobile logistics and handheld logistics. Shaanxi Normal University’s practice of digitalized logistic administration proves that the digitalization revolution is hastening a revolutionary change in form of logistic service and mode of logistic administration and enhancing a reform in conception of logistic administration of higher learning institutions.
