论开放社会的公民教育

摘要:
在现代性图景中,现代政治哲学预设了封闭社会与开放社会之争,以进步问题取代了好坏问题,这一深刻的古今之争决定了开放社会的公民教育所能达到的界限和必须实现的功能。现代公民教育理念与现代开放社会的政治观念一脉相承。非政治化、低俗化和技术化这三个相互勾连的特性共同塑造了开放社会的公民教育风格。这是现代公民教育最沉重的问题。

Abstract:
In the horizon of modernity, modern political philosophy presupposes closed society and open society, which substitutes the matter of progress for the matter of moral. This lasting deep dispute determines the altitude to be reached and the function to be fulfilled by civic education in an open society. The conception of modern civic education is in line with the political conception of modern open society. The three mutuallyrelated characteristics, depoliticization, vulgarization and technicalization, jointly shapes the style of civic education in an open society, which faces modern civic education as the most demanding problem.
