Large numbers of Fupoetic works made an important part of Chinese literary theory in ancient times. An important step in the course of canonization of Fupoetry, Fupoetics was associated with Fupoets and their works, helping to realize the Fupoet’s purpose of writing and value of his work. It was also associated with the reader, serving as guide to him. Moreover, it was not only associated with writing practice of Fupoetry, guiding the Fupoet in poem writing, but also with theoretical development of Fupoetry. Finally, the intellect and understanding of Fupoetic theorist played an important role in canonization of Fupoetry.
