Abstract:
Since the policy of free normal education was brought into action, it became highly-concerned and extremely urgent to establish and develop the teacher faith in free normal students, which is believed to deeply affect their teaching practice and professional development in the days to come. Therefore, effective development of the teacher faith to free normal students concerns directly the realization of the aim of training free normal students, the reform of the current system of free normal training and the complete fulfillment of the state policy for free normal training.
