Abstract:
Since the reform and open-door policy, the workers group has constantly divided into a multielement structure with many heterogeneous factors inside. This presents itself not only in the steady increase of new worker groups due to industrialization and urbanization but in the change of identity of urban workers because of changes in the system of ownership, system of industries and means of employment. In other words, it shows not merely in rapid increase of the worker number but in deep changes in the composition, distribution and means of survival of the workers group. Owing to steady division of the internal structure of the workers group, conflicts between worker groups intensifies and part of the group is being marginalized. To shape the essentials of the mechanism of coordinating social interests to realize a balance of interests among social classes and neutralize social contradictions and conflicts and enhance social harmony, it is necessary to establish a mechanism of interests expression adaptive to the practice of establishing and perfecting a socialist market economy.
