Abstract:
A qualitative study of the current phenomenon of infantry education in our country by grounded approach discovers 10 features of our current infantry education: merriness and happiness, understanding and respect, protectiveness and care, physical and mental healthiness, life development, habit development, enlightening the mind, adapting to the environment, “interest group” and “elementariness”. The first 8 features highlight essential properties of infantry education and take the mainstream place. But the last two are deformational phenomena in the course of development of infantry education against the essence of infantry education.
