Abstract:
Since appearing two years ago, the opinion section of People’s Daily has been attracted close and high concern of the editorial and academic worlds by always taking the commanding summit of opinions as the supplier of mainstream views with its bravery, confidence and eloquence to face the reality and with its timely, open and theoretical expression. The opinion section distinguishes itself by inquiring after social problems during the transforming period of Chinese society in pursuit of their ideological associations and spiritual expectations to be a measurer of the temperature of Chinese society in the transforming period and a rational thinker to face social problems.
