Abstract:
The racial problem still remains one of unavoidable sensitive issues in the United States.In recent years,more and more inquiries and oppositions came from courts and society with regard to diversity education and preferential treatment for the purpose of maintaining racial balance.The U.S. Federal Supreme Court’s ruling to the Seattle Case in 2007 has exercised profound influence on racebased policies that schools leaders use to desegregate schools both in present days and in the future.The Seattle Case will continue to cause PK(Prekindergarten)12 schools in the United States to consider what more effective,less harmful and less unconstitutional diversity policies and means to be taken to help persons of color and maintain diversity.
