A Consideration on Completing Safeguard Mechanism of Teaching Resources for Compulsory Education in Western Countryside

Abstract:
The fundamental reason leading to imbalanced development between eastern and western China and cities and countryside in compulsory education lies in the gap in level of teaching faculty. In order to make rural compulsory education in western China develop equally to other regions of the country, fundamental measures should be taken to vigorously strengthen construction rural teaching teams, and establish and complete admitting mechanism, inspiring mechanism, training mechanism, properly migrating mechanism and resigning mechanism. However, the key point is to establish and complete a guarantee mechanism for rural teaching teams to stabilize teaching faculty in the countryside.
