松江鲈鱼及其水文环境史研究

摘要:
中国古代的美味松江鲈鱼产于吴淞江河道,此鱼有四鳃,长7—8寸。吴淞江的感潮环境和河道环境使此鱼成为江南名产,唐宋时期形成独特的有关松江鲈鱼文化。到明代,黄浦江代替了吴淞江成为出水干道,感潮环境因此发生了变化,美味松江鲈鱼因难以洄游而绝种。遗存的小型四鳃鲈鱼与过去相比较是口味较差的一种鲈鱼。

The Weever and Historical Study of Hydrological Environment of the Song River

Abstract:
A delicacy in ancient China, the weever of the Song River grows in the watercourse of the Wusong River, with four gills and a length of 7 to 8 Chinese inches. The tidal and watercourse environment of the Wusong River contributed to the weever’s fame as an eminent produce south of the Yangtze River, resulting in the original culture of weevers of the Song River as early as the Tang and the Song Dynasty. By the Ming Dynasty, the Huangpu River became the main watercourse to the sea in place of the Wusong River, whose tidal environment changed accordingly, leading directly to the extinction of the weever of the Song River whose breeding migration was no longer possible.
