In present days, the main problems in inParty elections are as follows: lacking in positivism, some electors take part in election just arbitruarily； the real intention of electors fail to be thoroughly expressed； owing to abnormal design of operating procedure, flexible means is adopted only to disturb the normal process of election； elections in the Party lack competitiveness； finally, a appointment system or a covert one tends to substitute the system of democratic election. To correct the abovementioned problems, a reform of the Party’s system of election should be strengthened, regulations and systems for inParty election should be established or completed and finally an effective mechanism of supervision over inParty election should be established or completed.
