Abstract:
Pursuit of happiness is the primary goal of humanity and social development. “Paradox of happiness”refers to the case in which people sense of happiness fails to grow to the proportion of economic growth, which is the very problem facing the development of social economy in contemporary China. The key point to resolve “paradox of happiness” and realize scientific development is that when working out public policies and selecting social institutions, government should turn its aim from seeking “growth of the sum total of economy” to pursuing “raise of the total amount of the nation”. This aim cab be realized by establishing a series of systems of law, of public product supply, of national income distribution and of happiness evaluation to assure the welfare rights of civic society.
