Abstract:
In the course of expropriating land in our country, an effective coincidence between the national objectives of development and expectation of related interests groups depends in a sense on effective implementation of land policies. In reality, there are defects in implementing land policies when expropriating, compensating for, circulating and holding the hearing on rural land. To correct such defects in implementing land policies, laws and regulations concerning rural land should be highlighted, the subject of land right should be determined, the system of land taxation should be completed, the conduct of hiring land should restricted and governance and supervision of land use should be strengthened.
