Abstract:
A too low studentaverage educational funding, a single form of income of distribution and service, a tiny and unstable amount of social charity for education, and a relatively small number of international students are all problems in financing of higher learning institutions in our country. Considering foreign experience in financing of higher learning institutions, it is suggested that we should improve the status quo by increasing income from distribution and service, and advertising to encourage charity from individuals, social groups and enterprises and admission of international students.
