简评《通用规范汉字表》简繁字的处理原则

摘要:

对简繁问题，《通用规范汉字表》采用了三条处理原则。这三条原则态度上是理性的，程序上是严谨的；传承了历史现实和传统；照顾了汉字的系统性特点；符合有国家意志力参与的语言文字改革的特点；符合汉字交际工具的本体属性特点；体现了对简化字与文化关系的理性认识；技术解决交流难题既尊重现实，又具有可行性和可操作性。《通用规范汉字表》推广过程中与语文词典的同步互动策略，可保证其顺利贯彻。

Abstract:

The General List of Regularized Chinese Characters treats simplifiedstyle and traditionalstyle Chinese characters by three principles. The three principles show a rational attitude, and a serious operative procedure on the part of the compilers. They show enough respect for the systematic character of Chinese characters by following the historical fact and tradition. The principles not only embody a rational understanding of the association between simplifiedstyle Chinese characters and Chinese culture but also are highly feasible and operable.
